Dispatch Time

  • Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM (TRT) will be dispatched within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched within 5 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched within the following 4 business days.

To ensure your orders reach you safely and as quickly as possible anywhere in the world, we collaborate with a strong logistics network. Our partnered carriers include: Widect, FedEx, UPS, PTS, PTT, Hepsijet, Yurtiçi Kargo, and Aras Kargo.

Shipping Fee Policy

Delivery Time

Once your order is handed over to the courier, the estimated delivery time ranges from 1 to 15 business days, depending on your region and country. Please note: While we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers during peak periods or operational intensities, we will always stand by you to help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Important Notes Upon Delivery

  • Please inspect your package visually before accepting the delivery.

  • If you encounter a damaged or opened package, do not accept the delivery. Ask the courier personnel to issue a "Damage Report" (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı) and inform us immediately. In such cases, we will step in and provide a quick solution.
